| 摘 要： | 民办高校秘书工作琐碎繁杂、岗位职责界限模糊、缺少职业发展机会,秘书合理的利益诉求无法得到满足,这些问题的存在不利于民办高校行政工作的顺利开展。民办高校领导要高度重视秘书队伍建设,关注秘书心理健康,做好秘书的职业生涯规划。而秘书人员也必须认清自己的角色定位,培养角色意识,增强职业认同感,不断提高专业技能和工作绩效,使民办高校秘书工作高效有序进行。
