| 摘 要： | 外籍教师管理工作是我国高校引进国外智力、开展合作办学、推进高等教育国际化的一项长期任务。为此,必须关注跨文化管理在高校外教管理中的重要作用,反思这些冲突背后深厚的文化因素;同时需要注意跨文化交际中的语言文化障碍和语言文化修养问题;需要在多元文化背景下坚持五个注重,以跨文化的思维和技巧来进一步开发外籍教师这块有效的教育资源,促使高校外教管理工作更臻完善。
