| 摘 要： | 恩格斯的管理哲学主要涉及到领导哲学领域,它以领导权威的客观必然性作为理论轴心,系统地阐发了权威的本质、权威的形成、权威的存在形式、权威与自治的关系等基本问题,在时间上涉及到人类发展的整个历史,在内容上涉及到政治管理、经济管理等广泛领域,从而形成一个具有较为完整和充分的理论体系。
