| 摘 要： | 政治合法性是公民依据一定的价值标准以及具体的感受对现存的政治体系所作出的价值判断。政治合法性程度的高低直接反映了公民对该政治体系的认同程度。在政治变迁与权力交替的过程中,不同国家终究会面临不同程度的政治合法性危机问题。合法性危机问题解决的好坏不仅关系到一国政治系统能否健康发展,更关系到政治现代化进程的顺利与否以及政治发展的获得。而作为近代公民实现权利、表达利益诉求的政治参与,对合法性危机问题的解决以及政治系统的健康发展则具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。

| Abstract: | Political legitimacy is the citizen’s judgment upon the political system according to certain value standard and experience.The degree of political legitimacy reflects the degree that the citizen agrees on the political system.In the shifting process of politics and power,different countries face different level of crisis.The solutions,efficient or nor,decide whether a country’s political system would develop in a correct way,and the development of political modernity.Political participation,as modern citizens’right expressing their interest,is of great importance,theoretically and practically,to the crisis solving and a healthy future for political system. |
