| 摘 要： | 文章运用文献资料法、观察法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对我国散打技术运用现状进行了调查分析。研究表明:目前,我国男子竞技散打技术基本成熟、稳定,技术风格基本形成,但拳、腿、摔得分情况并不平衡;冲拳和鞭腿是常用的拳腿技术,技术向简洁实用、连贯灵活发展。运动员应在提高功力的基础上,在技术的组合运用上狠下功夫,在全面发展的基础上突出特长,以更好地适应不断发展的赛事要求。

| Abstract: | Using the research methods of documents, observation, statistics, logical analysis and so on, this essay analyzes the actuality of Sanda technique in China. The research shows:At present, the mankind Sanda technique of male used in competitions in China is by and large mature and stable.Chongquan and Biantui are in common use in Sanda games. In future, it will request more skills on how to combine the technique.The athletes should put in much more time and energy on those three aspects besides the basic skills of using fists. They should also try to distinguish themselves by showing their strong suits while developing their skills comprehensively in order to acclimatize themselves to the constantly developing competitions. |
