| 摘 要： | 地理标志作为国际知识产权制度的一项重要内容,日益受到大多数国家的高度重视.虽然我国地理标志保护制度起步较晚,但对提高我国特色产品质量和促进区域经济发展发挥着越来越大的作用.在实践中,有些地理标志产品获得了巨大成功,取得了较好的经济效益.因此,挖掘和保护地理标志,发展地理标志产品就显得尤其重要.文章以黄山茶叶地理标志保护为例,通过对黄山地理标志茶叶生产企业的调研,调查分析了黄山茶叶地理标志的保护与建设情况.

| Abstract: | As an important part of international intellectual property system,geographical indication has been highly valued by many countries at present time.Although our country started rather late in the protection of geographical indication,but it is playing a more and more important role in improving quality of characteristic products and promoting regional economic development.However,some products with geographical indication are successful and get fairly well economic effect.So it is important to develop and protect geographical indication.Taking protection of geographical indication of Huangshan tea as example,it analyses the present situation about the protection and construction of geographical indication. |
