高校创新人才培养过程中师生激励研究

摘    要:高校现有创新人才培养模式各有不足,一方面源于师生并没有从内心重视并理解创新和创新教育,另一方面源于现行的对教师和学生评价规则,未对教师和学生开展创新教育、创新活动进行有效的激励。探索真正激发教师和学生理解创新、重视创新、参与创新、主动创新的激励措施,才能使教师和学生在创新人才培养过程中扮演主角、唱好主角,才能使创新教育摆脱精英教育、形式主义、急功近利的面貌,回归其本质。

Abstract:The innovative training models are inadequate in the Colleges and universities.Teachers and students do not understand and attach importance to innovation and innovative education.Excitation for teacher-student in the process of Cultivating innovative talents in the Colleges and universities is Inefficient,because the evaluation of teachers and students.The effective excitation leads teachers and students l to protagonists in the process of cultivating innovative talents,restores the essence of innovation and education.
