| 摘 要： | 建国60年以来,我国科技创新"痛并快乐着",为了总结成功经验和找出不足,在困境中迎难而上,通过分析科技成果、科技投入、科技人力资源、创新环境、科技潜在生产力5个方面的数据资料,提出了我国科技创新的5个演进特点,并指出了科技创新的未来战略重点在于完善国家创新体系和建设创新型国家。
