| 摘 要： | 文中针对当今大学普遍重科研、轻教学的现象,论述了教学与科研之间密不可分的关系。并且提出了一条如何将研究和教学结合起来,培养优质人才的道路:将研究引入到课堂、实践与毕业设计环节中。通过借鉴美国大学的做法,本文阐明了应该结合我国实际情况来建设一套合理的教师评价体系,以便给不同类型的教师一个公正的评价与待遇。

| Abstract: | Thinking much of research and making light of teaching is a common phenomenon in college school nowadays.This paper aims at this phenomenon,illustrates the close relationship between research and teaching.Additionally,how to balance research and teaching is also considered.Besides,this paper puts forward a way to bring up high quality talent,that is,introducing research into lecture,practice and graduation thesis.In order to do justice to types of teachers,like universities of America,a reasonable teacher evaluation system should be established. |
