| 摘 要： | 一个人的成功不仅取决于智商，更在一定程度上取决于情商。高校语文教学者，应将情商教学作为语文教学的重要手段，对大学生进行潜移默化的情商教育，既教会他们知识，又教会他们做人，使他们很好地融入到社会中去，在和谐的人际空间中生活、工作、成就事业。
