| Abstract: | Taking the employment of Guangdong Industry Technical College as an example, in the case of high employment rate in Guangdong higher vocational college graduate, in order to adapt to the market economy and situation of educational development and improve the quality of employment, through experience and thought, this paper is putted forward strategy that should be guided both occupational planning guidance and employment skills guidance in the new era. |
