| 摘 要： | 本实验主要对穿心莲抑菌物质提取条件以及抑菌效果进行了研究。结果表明，最佳提取工艺条件是：50％乙醇，75℃条件下回流时间1h，料液比1：30。穿心莲提取抑茵物质对肠道性致病菌（大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌）、水生生物常见致病真菌有较强的抑菌效果。

| Abstract: | This extraction conditions of antibacterial subatances from andrographis paniculata and antibacterial effect were studied. The results were showed as followed： optimum extraction conditions are：50% ethanol, 75 ℃ under refluxing time 1 h, the ratio of material to liquid 1 ： 30. The antibacterial subatances from andrographis paniculata have the better antibacterial effects on the pathogenic entero becteria （ Eseherichia coli and salmonella） and aquatic fungi （Saprolegnia ferax）. |
