| 摘 要： | 卢梭的政府论是他的整个政治学说的重要组成部分。按照卢梭的＂公意＂理论及＂主权在民＂学说建立的＂政府团体＂,是凭主权者而存在,是主权者的执行人,是人民的仆从。政府只不过是借助人民的力量,按照人民的意志行动而已。因此,这对我国当前及今后所致力建设的服务型政府具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。

| Abstract: | Rousseau s government theory is an important component of his entire political theory.According to Rousseau s general will theory and sovereignty of the people doctrine,he established government fellowship ,which is an existence owing to the sovereignty body,which is an executive of the sovereignty body,which is the people s servants.The Government do action by virtue of the people s power,according to the people s general will.Therefore,for the present and future of our country dedicated to building service-oriented govemment, Rousseau＇s government theory has important theoretical and practical significance. |
