摘    要:肌酸是存在于我们体内的一种天然营养素,补充肌酸能提高短时间大强度运动训练的成绩。其作用机制可能与骨骼肌磷酸肌酸储备量增加、对H+耐受力增强、蛋白质合成增加及生物膜的稳定性增强有关。影响肌酸补充效果的因素包括骨骼肌纤维类型、骨骼肌初始肌酸含量、运动和饮食及激素水平等。

Abstract:Creatine is a natural nutrition existing in our body.Creatine supplementation could improve the exercise performance of short-time high resistant trainning.Active mechanism maybe concern phosphoric muscle skeletal-muscle's increase of creatine storage,improvement of endurance to H+,increase of protein synthesis and strengthen of biomenbrane's stability.The factors affecting supplementation include muscle fiber types,base level of skeletal musle,sports and diet,hormone level and so on.
