| Abstract: | Bill is a legal negotiable instrument, which can circulate through endorsement, while the law respect the autonome of the party and allow it make a certain restriction on the endorsement of the bill. In this article, non-negotiable law effects recorded by drawer and endorser are emphatically elaborated in order that the related law regulations in our country are fully annotated. |
