| 摘 要： | 中小企业是我国经济和社会发展的重要推动力,但融资难一直制约着中小企业的发展。创业板的开通为解决中小企业融资难题提供了机遇和平台,但辽宁的中小企业应如何应对？为此本文从中小企业自身和辽宁政府两方面入手,提出了一些应对创业板的措施,以供借鉴。

| Abstract: | Small and medium sized enterprises is an important driving force for the economy and society development in China,however their drvelopment are restricted by difficulty in financing.It provides the opportunities and platform for small and medium sized enterprises to open up the developing block market,but how to deal with it is still a problem for them.Proceeding from the aspects of small and medium enterprises and Liaoning government,the paper proposes countermeasures to apply the developing block market for reference. |
