| 摘 要： | 农民工为湖南省经济的发展和现代化建设做出了巨大贡献,但他们的权益得不到有效保障,社会保障权益短缺现象明显。构建完善有效的农民工社会保障制度,对湖南省"富民强省"宏伟目标的实现及加快湖南省农村城市化进程具有十分重要的意义。因此,政府和社会要对农民工社会保障问题高度重视,努力构建合理有效的农民工社会保障制度。
