论教师课程角色的内涵与特征

摘    要:教师课程角色是指教师在整个课程中的地位和作用,以及由此所应承担的责任和要求,它的丰富内涵体现在课程的不同层次当中.在理想的课程中,教师的角色是学习者和思考者;在正式的课程中,教师的角色是选择者和执行者;在领悟的课程中,教师的角色是理解者和建构者;在运作的课程中,教师的角色是创造者和组织者;在经验的课程中,教师的角色是协助者和促进者.但教师在与课程发生关系时,课程总是作为一个整体呈现.由此,根据复杂性思维的理解,合理的教师课程角色应具有主体性、依赖性、全息性和发展性等特征.

Abstract:The connotation of teacher's role in curriculum is embodiment of the different levels of the course. The teacher's role is the learner and thinker in ideological curriculum, the selector and performer in the formal curriculum, the understanding and the builder in perceived curriculum, the creator and organizers in operational curriculum, the assistance and promoter in the experimental curriculum. But curriculum has always been presented as a whole when it associated with teacher. Therefore, the judicious teacher's role in curriculum should have been subjectivity, dependence, holography and development of such characteristics according to the convoluted thinking.
