| 摘 要： | 社会服务作为高职院校的一项职能,是高职院校竞争力的直接体现。目前高职院校社会服务存在教师社会服务动力不足、社会服务能力不强、管理不够规范、平台建设薄弱等问题。专业性公司开展社会服务为高职院校提供了一种创新人才培养新模式,激活了教研人员社会服务能动性,完善了高职院校科研管理模式,构建了高职院校社会服务的新平台。基于专业性公司的社会服务模式具有分层次、多元化,产、学、研统一,公司制管理、项目化运行三个特征。

| Abstract: | As a function of higher vocational college, the social service is a direct indicator of competitive edges. The existing problems with social service in higher vocational colleges is as follows： teachers＇ lack of impulsion and social service ability, lack of management standardization and the weak development platform. The social services based on professional companies offer the vocational colleges a new mode of training innovative talents, motivating the teachers＇ participation in social services, improving the management mode and building a new platform of social service. The social services based on professional companies are characterized by diversified structures, combination of production, teaching and research and management as a company system and being run in terms of projects. |
