| 摘 要： | 目的:对比分析大中学生对肿瘤早期检查的认知和需求。方法:选取金华市1所中学和1所大学学生共568名进行调查与分析。结果:中学生对肿瘤相关的健康生活方式水平认知程度比大学生的认知程度低,中学生在对肿瘤可防可治和肿瘤早期筛查项目的认识程度低,大学生对肿瘤早期检查的态度比中学生更积极。结论:大中学生对肿瘤早期检查的认知程度较低,有关学校尤其是中学应重视开展肿瘤早期发现的健康教育工作。

| Abstract: | Objective：Comparative analysis of college students and middle school students＇ cognition and need for tumor early detection. Methods：Draw 568 high and middle school students random who come from 2 schools in Jinhua city and investigate those people＇s cognition on the inspection to tumor in early time by investigation. Results： Students＇ tumor-associated healthy lifestyle awareness level of the middle school students is lower than that of the college students. Most students think that the tumor can be found early, and regularly tumors screening is an effective method of early detection of cancer, but the awareness of preventable and curable of tumor in middle school students is slightly less than that in college students, which have more positive attitudes towards cancer early detection. The awareness of the cancer early screening program in middle school students is lower than that in college students. Conclusions： The status of knowledge and behavior about cancer early detection in school students is low. The health education in schools can improve the students＇ knowledge about malignant tumor prevention. |
