基于Simulink的液压蓄能器建模仿真及试验研究

摘    要:为解决工程机械液压驱动系统中使用的液压蓄能器损耗计算不精确的问题,运用Matlab/Simulink仿真软件,对液压蓄能器的热损耗进行仿真分析,并通过试验进行比较研究,确定液压蓄能器的规格。仿真及试验结果表明,仿真结果与实验数据表现出较高的一致性,因此模型具有较高的可信度。

Abstract:To resolve the problem on precise calculation of the hydraulic accumulator losses, which is used mainly in hydraulic drive system of working machinery, a simulation analysis based on Matlab/ Simulink on the thermodynamic losses of accumulator was executed. Further more an experimental research on the accumulator losses was executed and the two results were comprised. Therefore the analysis is advantageous to determine the accumulator specification. The simulation and experiment results show a high consistency, so the credibility of the model is proved.
