| 摘 要： | 艺术类院校产学研合作的深入开展,为促进文化创意产业创新发展提供有力支撑。应发挥政府的主导作用,营造政、产、学、研多方积极参与的合作环境,以互利共赢为根本目标,厘清合作主体的权责利分配,遵循分层次逐步推进的原则,建立和完善包括协调、保障、激励、扶持、投融资等职能的系统机制,助力我国文化经济建设的跨越式发展。

| Abstract: | The depth implementation of industry-university-research cooperation of art academies provides a strong support for the innovation of the cultural creativity industry. The government needs to give full play to its leading role and create a cooperative environment in which the government, enterprises, universities, and research institutions can actively participate. The rights, obligations, and benefits of all cooperative partners should be clearly allocated based on the basic principle of mutual benefit and win-win result. A system that integrates functions as coordination, guarantee, incentive, support, investment and financing must be established and perfected in accordance with the hierarchical, step-by-step principle to ensure the realization of the scientific, leapfrog development of the cultural and economic construction of China. |
