等离子喷涂Al2O3-13%TiO2涂层的组织结构与性能分析

摘    要:为研究等离子喷涂纳米Al2O3-13%TiO2涂层的工程应用前景,采用等离子喷涂工艺制备了纳米Al2O3-13%TiO2耐磨涂层,利用金相显微镜和扫描电子显微镜对涂层截面和断口形貌进行分析并测试了力学性能。结果表明;纳米Al2O3-13%TiO2涂层组织致密,层间结合良好,具有较高的显微硬度和较低的孔隙率。

Abstract:In order to study the property of Al2O3-13%TiO2 nano-structured plasma sprayed coatings,parameters of plasma spraying were optimized by orthogonal experiment design.The coatings,which were deposited with nanometer-sized and micron-sized Al2O3-13%TiO2 powders by optimized parameters,were tested by instruments.The microscopic structure was observed by metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The special area of nano-structured Al2O3-13%TiO2 coatings is analyzed by electron energy spectrum.
