桂西铝土矿选矿工艺流程优化实践

摘    要:桂西铝土矿属于岩溶堆积型铝土矿,矿产资源十分丰富,远景储量高达5.18亿吨。然而,在开发过程中发现,采场难洗胶泥矿储量大,矿石与泥团难分离,原设计的选矿工艺流程无法满足胶泥矿的矿石与泥团分离过程,处理胶泥矿时,产量受到极大的影响。针对此问题,广西华银铝业有限公司在工艺流程上作了改进,试图解决胶泥矿难处理、处理量低的问题。

Optimization practice of Guangxi west bauxite ore dressing process flow
Abstract:Western Guangxi bauxite are karst accumulation bauxite,and is very rich in mineral resources,the prospective reserves are up to 51.8 million tons.However,the development process found that ore reserves of hard wash clay was larger in stope,ore and mud pie were difficult separation,the dressing process of the original design can’t satisfy separation process of cement ore minerals and mud pie,the crop was greatly influenced.To solve this problem,guangxi HuaYin aluminium co.,LTD.actively improved the process flow,and tried to solve the problem of difficult treatment and low throughput.
