摘    要:对200 MW发电机组低加铜管容易断裂泄漏进行分析,采用新型折流杆技术对低加芯进行改造,就用原来壳体,换热管可选用钢管或不锈钢管代替铜管。改造后的折流流杆低加具有换热效率高、防振性强、不易结垢、使用寿命长等优点,具有重要应用价值。

Transformation of traditional low and core used the baffle pole technique
Abstract:Reasons of the low pressure heater copper pipe’s broken and leakage of a type of 200 MW power generator is analysised,a new the baffle pole technology is adopted in the low pressure heater of brass tube alteration,the low pressure heater of tubes are optional steel tube or stainless steel tube in place of copper tube.Application results show that the reformed low pressure heater has advantages of improved transmission efficiency with simple system structure,better performance of anti-vibration and encrustation capability.This technology has very important application value.
