| 摘 要： | 融资难一直是困扰世界各国中小企业可持续发展的普遍性问题。而对于目前我国尚处不完善的市场经济发展阶段以及金融领域高度集中的体制来说,中小企业融资更非易事。本文着重讨论从非对称信息角度制约中小企业发展过程中实现融资的因素,并寻求中小企业融资的出路。

| Abstract: | Financing has been a common problem worrying SMEs all over the world for their sustainable development.To Chinese SMEs,financing seems more diffcult as China’s market economic development is not yet perfect at the moment and it operates with a high centralized financial institutional system.This paper explores the restrictive factors asymmetric information brings to SMEs’financing,in order to find the way out for their financing. |
