| 摘 要： | 公共体育场馆运行效率低下和财政支出增加制约着我国体育场馆更好地为社会大众提供优质的公共服务,体育场馆的民营化有利于改变现状和充分挖掘体育场馆的经济价值和社会价值。应用文献资料和逻辑分析法,从民营化的理论概念入手,对民营化的动因、风险预测以及风险规避进行分析和阐述,以助于民资更好地进入体育场馆经营和管理。

| Abstract: | The low operation efficiency of public sports venues and the increase of financial expenditure have restricted sports venues to provide better services for the masses in China.The privatization of sports venues can help to change the status quo and fully dig the economic and social value of the venues.Using the methods of literature review and logical analysis and starting with the theoretical concepts of privatization,this paper makes analyses and elaboration on the reason,risk prediction and risk aversion of privatization to help the private investment enter the operation and management of the sports venues. |
