| 摘 要： | 构建和谐社会,必须构建和谐的消费关系。当前,较为普遍存在的产品质量问题为我国的消费关系掺入了许多不和谐的因素。缺陷产品召回制度作为《产品质量法》、《消费者权益保护法》的补充及完善,是构建和谐消费关系、保护消费者人身、财产权益及公共安全的有力对策。

| Abstract: | It's necessary to establish harmonious consumption relations in realizing the construction of a harmonious society.Prevalent product quality problems have posed a great treat to the consumption relations in China.Defective Product Recall System is a kind of complementary for the Product Quality Law and the Consumer Rights Protective Law.It is considered as a forceful measure for the establishment of the harmonious consumption relations and the protection of consumers' rights of living,possessions and public security. |
