摘    要:组织知识存量的准确测度与合理评价是进行有效知识管理的基础。本文从组织知识管理的价值目标出发,将组织知识分为核心能力层、组织结构层、团队与员工内隐层,建立了评价各层次知识存量的指标体系;并运用模糊多目标分析法对组织的知识存量进行评价;最后,通过调查的案例对该指标体系和模型进行验证。

Abstract:Based on the accurate measure and reasonable evaluation of organiation knowledge storage, knowledge can be managed effectively. In this paper, on the basis of value index of organziationknowledge management, organizationknowledge is composed of three hierarchical structures of core ability layer, organization structure layer, and inner hidden layer of group and individual,and index system is established to evaluate knowledge storage of each hierarchical structure. Organized knowledge storage is evaluated using fuzzy multi - objective analysis method. Finally, the established index system and model are tested by investigated cases.
