| Abstract: | Knowledge economy is based on knowledge,which is founded on the producing,flowing,allocating and consuming of knowledge.The age of knowledge begins with the deep development of the labor resource,and aims at improving the quality of labor greatly.Therefore,give more attention to the development of knowledge is the necessary demand of the age.However,the key of the problem is how to use and develop the labor resource of our country,this is what we should make efforts to research and discuss. |
