| 摘 要： | 山东科技大学作为一所地方工科高校，多年以来，一直坚持行业特色办学，通过创新人才培养模式，突出煤炭行业专门人才的培养；通过加强学科专业建设，形成了特色优势专业；通过推进课程建设，不断深化教育教学改革；通过加强教师队伍建设，充分发挥教师在提高教学质量中的重要作用；通过探索加强实践教学环节的新路子，切实提高学生实践能力、创新精神和创业意识，全面提高人才培养质量。
