| 摘 要： | 布朗族是云南省7个人口在10万人以下的少数民族之一。新中国成立50多年来,布朗族地区及其布朗族人民的生活发生了翻天覆地的变化。云南省政府无论是在最低生活和社会养老保险方面、还是在新型农村合作医疗和五保供养方面,都对布朗族人民实现了最大的保障。然而,由于历史的原因,布朗族人民的社会保障还处于一个发展的过程。因此,政府应该全面落实科学的发展观,坚持以布朗族人民为本和为布朗族人民执政的思想,在推进社会主义新农村建设的过程中,建立有中国特色的农村社会保障制度,让布朗族人民同享社会政治、经济和文化发展的成果,并与经济社会同步发展。

| Abstract: | Bulang nationality is one of the minority nationalities with the population of less one hundred thousand people among seven minority nationalities in Yunnan.Since New China was founded,great changes have taken place in Bulang nationality regions and the life of Bulang people.The provincial government helps Bulang people to realize their maximum safeguard,including the minimum life necessity,social pension,the new type of rural cooperative medical care and five guarantees supports.However,the social safeguard of Bulang people still exists in the development process because of the history factor.Therefore,the government should completely implement scientific concept of development,insist on the idea of Bulang-oriented and holding the power for Bulang people,establish the rural social security system with characteristics in the process of promoting the construction of socialist new countryside,make Bulang people share the fruitful results of social politics,economies,and cultural development and keep synchronous pace with our economic and social development. |
