| 摘 要： | 在对国内外图书馆信息资源数字化项目考察的基础上,指出这类项目的实施是一个比较复杂的系统工程,其中所包括的主要要素有项目规划、数字化内容选择、数字化流程准备、数字文档保存、元数据析取、知识产权管理和项目管理。该文论述了这7大要素囊括的基本内容和实施的基本原则,并指出了研究图书馆信息资源数字化实施要素的目的在于规范项目管理,构建科学的数字化生产平台。

| Abstract: | Based on the investigation of information resource digitization projects both in domesnc and abroad libraries, the authors conclude that this kind of project is a complicated and systematic project, which is composed of main elements such as project planning, source material selection, digitization work flow preparation, digital file storage, metadata extraction, intellection property right management and project management. In this paper, the authors study the basic contents of the mentioned elements and the principles of project implementation, and point out that the purpose of the paper is to standardize the project management and build up a scientific digitization production platform. |
