| 摘 要： | 人口老龄化给中国社会经济和人民生活带来广泛而深刻的影响，老龄问题已成为不容忽视的重大社会问题。老年人口比重的日益增大会给经济发展、产业结构、文化心态、社会发展等带来一系列的影响。然而。随着社会保障制度的日益完善和经济内需的拉动，老龄人口及其性别结构特征必然会给消费市场带来巨大的潜力，从而对老龄产业结构的调整与升级也带来一定的机遇。
