| 摘 要： | 陕西文化产业起步晚,规模小,容易被金融业边缘化。在这一背景下,文化产业类融资担保公司应运而生,在一定程度上缓解了文化企业的融资困难。但由于信息平台不公开、技术平台未建立、风险不可转嫁等因素的存在,陕西文化产业类融资担保公司的发展受到极大的限制。只有采取加快建立信息共享平台,实现资源共享;设立政企协同风险补偿基金,实现风险分散;完善配套设施建设,构建完整担保业务体系等措施,才能保障此类融资担保公司真正走上可持续发展的道路。

| Abstract: | Culture industry of Shaanxi is not very close to the economic due to its late beginning and small scale. In this background,a kind of financing guarantee company,focusing the culture industry is on the rise gradually,alleviating the cultural small-scaled compa-nies of financing pressure. However,the development of this kind is constrained since the opaque information,unsound techniques,as well as the untransformed risks. Thus,a transparent information platform,a joint compensate of government and corporations,and a perfect supporting facilities are all called for leading the cultural-oriented financing guarantee companies to a sustainable development. |
