| Abstract: | The paper, by analyzing and studying ESO, concludes that putting stock option into practice in China has great significance. But many adverse factors prevent ESO from popularizing in Chinese listed companies. Therefore the countermeasures for minimizing the negative factors has essential value for the long-term development of Chinese listed companies. |
