| 摘 要： | 从经济学的角度分析行政审批制度不规范是产生腐败的直接原因，审批制度严重滞后于市场经济，供需关系失衡是造成腐败的深层次原因，只有推进行政审批制度的改革才能达到减少腐败产生的目的。
