| 摘 要： | 开放教育教学设计的文化特色,是电大教学文化近三十年的沉淀与积累的成果,具有融合性、多元性、应用性的基本特征.电大的教学是开放远程教育的模式.因此,教学设计的文化特色又有开放远程教育的教学与学习机制形成的特点,应具有先进性、可获得性、灵活性、包容性等特征.滞后的教学理念、程式化的教学设计妨碍着我们不断完善的教学状态和过程.对影响教学质量的教学设计问题,从文化建设的角度思考,寻求解决问题的新思路,使开放远程教育不断地适应学习者学习的需要.

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the cultural characteristics of teaching design for open and distance education.To establish a teaching culture with the characteristics of TV University is an effective way to improve the teaching quality of open and distance education and enhance its competitiveness.As a mode of open distance education,TVU teaching is sophisticated,affordable,flexible and inclusive.The obsolete teaching concept and programmed teaching design have hindered the improvement of our teaching.In order to meet the learners' need,we should seek a new way to develop open and distance education. |
