| 摘 要： | 随着研究生招生规模的扩大、研究生党员人数的增加,研究生党建工作所面临的新情况、新问题、新挑战,亟待我们用科学发展观的态度来研究、探索、解决。本文就现阶段研究生党建工作存在的问题以及改进研究生党建工作的对策作了阐述。
