摘    要:论证了文化因素对于兼并的成败与效率的影响十分重要,认为企业重组中的企业文化具有特性和多样性,积极性和消极性,渐进性和逆向性等双重特征,可能产生经营思想与经营方式,价值观和劳动人事等方面的冲突,归纳总结出企业重组后文化整合的三种类型,文化注入式,文化融合式和文化促进式,提出了企业重组中文化整合的原则与方法。

Abstract:This paper brings forward that culture is a very important factor for the success of merger. When two enterprises are reorganized, culture has double characteristics such as distinction and diversified graduation and contrary. Those could cause the conflict with operating style, values and personal administration. Based on the analyses, it summed up three types of culture integration: culture pouring, culture fusing, culture promoting. In the last section, it raised the principles and methods of culture integration.
