| 摘 要： | 在经济、金融全球化和信息化不断发展的时代背景下,金融机构空间集聚的趋势日益凸显。通过外部规模经济、知识集聚和信息外溢、市场机制及区域文化影响的共同作用,各种不同种类金融机构在空间集聚,而且还通过与实体经济其他产业的相互促进,逐步形成金融产业集群。金融产业集群不但提高了金融创新速度和效率、有利于金融机构的风险控制和风险管理及风险分摊,而且提高了金融机构的运行效率,促进新金融机构的建立。在这些因素的共同作用下金融机构进一步空间集聚、金融产业集群的规模进一步扩大,必然伴随着金融影响力的外向发散,跨出区域、跨出国家,金融中心就自然形成了。

| Abstract: | Under the impact of the exterior scale of economy, knowledge leakage, market mechanism and regional culture influence, financial institutions glomerated spatially and have come to constitute financial industry groups through accumulation, information of various types have contheir reciprocal promotion with other industries of entity economy. The financial industry groups have not only benefited the control, management and share of crises for financial institutions as well as enhanced the speed and efficiency of innovation in the financial sector but also improved the operation efficacy of financial institutions and facilitated the establishment of new financial institutions.
