| 摘 要： | 黑龙江省冰雪体育产业的发展有着独特的地缘优势和浓厚的文化底蕴，具有较好的发展前景。黑龙江省冰雪体育产业的发展不仅仅面临着发展的机遇，同时还面临着巨大的挑战。由于在基础设施方面还尚未做到科学统筹、缺乏一定的环保思想意识、没有将品牌特色充分展现出来、在管理和服务工作中还需提高其工作质量等现实问题都阻碍了黑龙江省冰雪体育产业的可持续发展。提出增强冰雪体育产业思想理念、努力完善基础设施建设、培养专业化的人才、打造品牌增进国际赛事之间的交流等可持续发展的策略，使黑龙江省冰雪体育产业向着健康、可持续发展的道路迈进。

| Abstract: | The development of Heilongjiang provincial ice and snow sports industry has a unique geographical advantage and profound culture,with good prospects for development. Heilongjiang provincial ice and snow sports industry develops not only facing opportunities,but also with enormous challenge. Because some realities.The development of ice and snow sports industry in Heilongjiang province is not only facing development opportunities,while also facing the enormous challenge. Because the infrastructure is not yet do scientific planning,lack of environmental protection consciousness,no brand characteristics fully demonstrated,in the management and service work is needed in order to improve the quality of work and other practical problems are hampering the ice snow sports industry sustainable development in Heilongjiang province.
