| 摘 要： | 加强冰上运动项目后备人才的培养，是保证我国冰上运动项目可持续发展的关键。以新疆承办2016年第十三届全国冬运会为契机，针对新疆冰上运动项目后备人才培养的现状进行调查、分析，指出新疆冰上运动项目后备人才匮乏的原因。从打好冰上运动项目后备人才的培养基础，提高基层教练员水平，建立及优化冰上运动项目后备人才选材机制和评价系统，冰上运动项目后备人才培养向社会化、产业化方向发展等多方面，提出新疆冰上运动项目后备人才培养可持续发展的对策，旨在为新疆冰上运动项目后备人才培养的可持续发展提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | Strengthening the cultivation of ice reserved talents is the key to ensure the sustainable development of Chinese ice sports. Take Xinjiang to host the 13th National Winter Games in 2016 as an opportunity,having an investigation and analysis of the status of ice reserved talents cultivation in Xinjiang,pointed out that the shortage reason of ice reserved talents. From making a good cultivation foundation of ice reserved talents,improving the level of coaches,establishing and optimizing the selection mechanism and evaluation system of ice reserved talents,training socialization and industrialization of ice reserved talents and other aspects,this paper proposed the sustainable development strategies of ice reserved talents cultivation in Xinjiang,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for the sustainable development of ice reserved talents cultivation in Xinjiang. |
