| 摘 要： | 作为美国研究型大学系统中的后来者,美国公立研究型大学之所以能够发展壮大,并和私立研究型大学并驾齐驱,在很大程度上得益于其独特的管理体制.本文从美国公立研究型大学管理体制的形成、州一级的高等教育管理与协调机构对公立研究型大学的管理、州长对公立研究型大学管理三个层面,对公立研究型大学管理体制的独特性及其影响机制与方式进行了深入而详尽的探讨.

| Abstract: | In contrast to the private research universities in America,the public research universities are latecomers. In the process of their development,what makes them catch up with the private research universities and become strong and prosperous? In this paper,the author probes into the reasons from the angle of the management system. The content includes: the formation of the management system of American public research universities; the state-level governing and coordinating institution and their influence on the management of public research universities; the state governors' effect on the management of public research universities. |
