| 摘 要： | 群体凝聚力与组织生产率关系受群体目标与组织目标一致性的影响,即群体凝聚力、目标一致性这两个变量因素共同对组织生产率产生影响.目标一致性高低这一因素同时也对群体凝聚力大小产生影响,运用决策树分析二者与生产率关系的深层意义,即这种影响的产生会得到高生产率期望值.阐述了使群体目标与组织目标一致性对群体凝聚力产生影响的因素和因素的影响程度.
