| 摘 要： | 以什么样的观点看待残疾人是做好残疾人工作的关键,也是构建和谐社会的前提。改革开放以来,我国社会发生了深刻的变革,人们关于残疾人的观念发生了深刻变化,以“平等·参与·共享”为核心内容的残疾人观正在逐步形成。今天,需要我们以科学的发展观,从构建现代和谐社会的视角,探讨新的残疾人观的内涵。

| Abstract: | The concept towards disabled persons is the key issue of constructing harmonious society. With great social structural changes and positive attitudes of people to disabled persons, the concept which focuses on "equality, participation, share" to disabled persons has been developed. Nowadays, it is important for us to discuss the connotation of the new concept towards the disabled in the perspective of developing harmonious modern society. |
