| 摘 要： | 探讨了GIS在应急保供管理系统中的应用,介绍了基于GIS技术的应急保供管理系统的架构,并设计了某市基于GIS的应急保供管理系统。该应急保供管理系统能为政府应对突发事件提供一个高效、快速、低成本的决策支持,能够在某市的突发事件发生之后,快速、高效地调配应急物资,以减少人员伤亡和财产损失。

| Abstract: | This paper probed into GIS used in Emergency Management System, recommended the framework of Emergency Management System based on GIS, and designed a Emergency Management System based on GIS. The Emergency Management System can offer the decision support of a high-efficient, fast, low cost when tackling the accident for the government. And it can deploy the urgent need goods and materials in fast and high-efficient after the accident happened in a city in order to reduce casualties and property loss of people. |
