| 摘 要： | 为完整准确解读《孙子兵法》十三篇主题，对各家论点做了综合述评，并在文本分析的基础上引入框架分析等新理论新方法，以期在更高层面上化解分歧。《孙子兵法》十三篇体裁是科学论文，具有逻辑严谨、思想明晰的理论框架，其主题系列全面反映战争进程，按道、法、术三大层级构建学术体系，集中揭示了竞争制胜的一般原理，并可为新思维范式提供参照。

| Abstract: | In order to accurately interpret the themes of the thirteen chapters of The Art of War ,a comprehen- sive exposition has been made on the ideas of different schools,and on the basis of textual analysis,new theories and methods, such as framework analysis, have been introduced so as to reconcile the differences on the higher level. The genre of the thirteen chapters of The Art of War is scientific papers with logical and distinct theoretical framework, in which the themes reflect the overall military progress, the academic system has been constructed from three lev- els：Taoist, Legalist and Confucianist, the common principles of winning the victory has been discovered, and the ref- erence can be provided to new thinking paradigm. |
