生物乳化剂产生菌的分离和特性分析

摘    要:从石油污染土壤中分离到4株对柴油、正己烷等烃类具有乳化作用的细菌。对4株菌的耐盐碱情况进行了研究,结果表明这4株菌株均能耐受较高的盐碱环境并产生生物乳化剂,其中菌株FB-8的乳化活性最高。将菌株FB-8进行发酵培养,采用盐沉法从发酵液中提取到生物乳化剂粗品,得率为1.62g/L,该物质能够在高盐碱条件下乳化柴油。分离到的4株菌可用于石油污染盐碱土壤的生物修复。

Abstract:Four bacteria strains which could emulsify diesel and hydrocarbon are isolated from the oil?contaminated soil.The characteristics for producing emulsifier of these strains are studied.The results show that these strains can grow under the high saline-alkali concentration and produce bioemulsifier.Strain FB-8is best fermented.By salting out method,bioemulsifier is separated and purified from the fermentation fluid;the yield was 1.624g/L.This bioemulsifier could emulsify the diesel under high salinealkali conditions.These strains were useful in the bioremediation of oil-polluted saline-alkali soil.
