| 摘 要： | 我国低空空域改革试点从2011年开始向全国推广,经过3年时间的发展,我国通用航空产业发展进步明显,各项数据稳步提高。选择通用航空发展指标中的全行业年飞行小时数、通用航空企业数量、通用航空器数量作为研究指标,收集整理2004～2013年3个指标的发展数据,结合我国通用航空其他指标发展数据和我国通用航空产业政策和发展规划,分析低空开放前后我国通用航空发展状况,以及通用航空面临的问题,并提出对策。

| Abstract: | Since 2011,China has begun to promote the low-altitude reform pilot to the nationwide.After three years＇ development,there has been an evident progress in the general aviation,and the data have been improved steadily.Choosing the whole industry annual flight hours,the number of general aviation enterprise and the number of general aircraft as the research indexes of the general aviation development,based on the three indexes data of 2004～2013,and other indexes data,and the general aviation policy and the development planning,the development condition of general aviation before and after the opening of low-altitude is analyzed,and some suggestions are given to the problems that the general aviation faces,and the problems that the general aviation facing,then give some suggestions. |
